One of the reasons diet fads fail so often is because they require you to do something with your body and with your lifestyle that simply cannot be done for an extended period of time. You also will learn the right foods to eat and the foods to avoid.


Another reason why healthy weight loss is the best way to go is because plain and simple. It is healthy. The majority of people who want to lose weight want to do so because they know they risk medical complications if they stay at their current weight. When you lose weight using fads, you put your body at more of a risk. Healthy programs promote a healthy body and a healthy lifestyle, so you will not have to worry about being at risk for deadly complications.
